The Royal Dish cc T/A The Royal Projects is a company that was founded in June 2006 by Princess Ntombenhle Ramadie. She currently holds 100% shares in the company. The company offers civil construction services, specializing in building construction, road works and Maintenance. CETA has accredited the company to provide skills development training in the Civil and Building Construction field.

Princess Ntombenhle Ramadie
Managing Director & Founder
Responsible to manage and oversee the company as a whole. She also functions as a Financial Manager for the company. She has 14 years’ experience in managing capital management projects from Telkom SA on both fixed and mobile network. She holds an Honors degree in Financial Management with UNISA. Shes is accredited as a Business Accountant in Practice by SAIBA.
Khangezile Mthimkhulu
Health and Safety Officer
As a risk Practitioner, she brings 13 years of Occupational Health and Safety experience in the company after working for Eskom. She is assisting the company to implement the health and safety systems and processes that will ensure that our sites are incident free. She holds a National Diploma in SAFETY Management from UNISA and SAMTRAC, PSIRA and COMSOC.
Maria Sono-Nkoana
Construction Director
She is responsible for all civil engineering aspect of the company and project management. She brings 18 years of civil engineering experience in the company. She holds a B-tech degree in Civil Education. She is a member of Project Management Professionals.
Sibusiso Mofokeng
Financial Director
He is responsible to formulate and implement the human resource system and processes that ensures good employee relations. He brings 6 years management experience to the company after works for Telkom SA for 16 years. He holds a national diploma is Human Resources.
